• Velina Glass Studio does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Velina Glass Studio's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

 Return Policy

• All art jewelry can be returned for any reason within 7 calendar days of receipt.  Item must be returned in its original state and packaging.
• Custom Web Design services are quoted at the beginning of the project.  Any significant changes to the original contract will require a fee adjustment.  We will notify you in advance of any fee adjustments necessary and will not proceed without your written confirmation.
